This manifesto is about simplifying (process), innovating (product) and leading (people).
It’s a reflection of where I've been, where I'm headed and the horizon that lies ahead.
It tells what I do value, my beliefs and where I put my focus at work and in life.
Love people, use technology because the opposite never works.
I believe leadership is a transformative force. It's about lifting people up. It's a dance between being assertively visionary and humbly supportive.
But let's be real, I'm learning right alongside everyone else.
A digital transformation journey is as much about transforming yourself as it is about transforming business models, processes and work environment.
Technology is what children teach to parents, science is what parents teach to children.
Innovation isn't just about the next big tech breakthrough or a shiny new product. It's about solving people's problems and seeing the world through a lens of "what could be".
But innovation is messy. It's a series of trial and error, a path with failures that teach us more than success could.
I don’t believe in the providential entrepreneur, the myth that a genius visionary can change the world thanks to his willingness and grit.
Innovation has to serve a purpose, a direction that means something more than just novelty or entrepreneur ego trip.
Ego is the enemy.
Does it bring you joy?
I believe in our era of abundance and infobesity, minimalism can open the path of more meaningful and happy life.
The quest to always achieve more (more power, more fame, more title) will make your mind poor.
It’s not just about design and decluttering. I believe minimalism is about intentionality.
